This policy explains how TahSolutions handles information in the Review Quiz iPhone app and its related web version.
Scope
This policy applies to the Review Quiz iPhone app, widget, and CloudKit-based web version.
Data Stored by the App
Review Quiz stores decks, questions, answers, explanations, distractors, images, study history, and review schedules entered or generated by the user on the device.
iCloud Sync
When iCloud sync is available, decks, questions, images, study history, review schedules, and Pro access status and expiration are stored in Apple's CloudKit Private Database. They are shared with the iPhone app and web version signed in to the same Apple ID. Pro expiration is used to determine access to Pro-only web features. The developer does not use study content for advertising or analytics.
Notifications
When review reminders are enabled, the app calculates schedules from on-device study history and schedules local iOS notifications. Reminders and quiet hours can be changed in the app.
Advertising
Review Quiz may use Google AdMob. In connection with ad delivery, Google may process IP address, device information, advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, diagnostics, and performance information under Google's policies.
The free plan displays banner ads. An optional rewarded video is shown only when the user chooses to earn additional question slots. It may be used once per day, and existing study features remain available without watching it.
In applicable regions, Google User Messaging Platform checks advertising consent and displays a consent form when required. Ad Privacy Choices appears in Settings when another choice is required. The current app does not display an App Tracking Transparency prompt for tracking across other companies' apps and websites.
Web Version
The web version uses CloudKit JS to read and write the user's CloudKit Private Database after Apple ID sign-in. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
Data Deletion
Decks and questions can be deleted in the app or web version. Local data is also removed when the app is deleted. Deletions of synced data are reflected through another device or the web version signed in to the same Apple ID.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated for new features, advertising, store requirements, or legal obligations.
